About your quote
Once we receive your 'Get a quote' , we will send you a proposal taking the information you gave on your form. The quote will give you 3 options, Value, Inclusive, Growth Annual.
Depending on what work you need to be completed, the proposal prices could be split into 3 sections Below are the 3 section explained.
Monthly payment
We provide you with a monthly paid plan which is collected by Card payment or Direct Debit. The monthly payment is part of a service agreement which means, as and when services are due, we will complete them.
Balance Payment for Accounts
If you join us part way through the year, we will charge a balancing payment to complete your accounts and tax return. This is paid once the Accounts and the Tax Return is complete. This collected via Card or Direct Debit
Last Year Accounts
If you wish us to complete a pervious year Accounts and Tax Return, we will provide a price for this service. This will appear in a different section on the quote. this is payable once the Accounts and Tax Return are complete.
What happens next?
The Quote

Complete the form information.

We will send you a proposal for all 3 packages, Value, Inclusive, Growth.

Select the best package that suits you.

We will send you an introduction to your customer service manager.

We will send you a link to our Portal and request you enter your Business and tax details

We contact your last Accountant to seek permission. (if applicable)

Once we received the ok from your accountant we will send a request to HMRC

You will then received letters with codes from HMRC. Please forward these to us.
Training for software

We will arrange a 30 min Training Session via Zoom or Teams

After that training session we will arrange a 15 mins Training session for the next 4 weeks or until you are confident if sooner.
Cloud Bookkeeping software

We will set up your Cloud Bookkeeping software or connect to your current provider.

We will arrange a 15 min Training via Zoom, Teams to set up the bank connects

We will provide you with links to JSJ Training website.
Important Information
Not so small print

You will need to connect your bank to the software packages every 3 months.

We only provide services with Sage and FreeAgent for new customers.

All packages are service contracts, If you opt out you will receive the services are due up until that date.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated overwise.
